Text Box: SCOPP is a private non-profit community development corporation that is supported financially by grants, private donations, fees generated from some our programs and proceeds from fund raising events. SCOPP is not affiliated with any particular funding organization and consequently has to raise funds annually in order to continue to provide programs and services to our clients.
