Affordable Housing

Text Box: As a result of our public/private partnership with the City of Canton and others, since 1991 SCOPP has either created or provided direct financial assistance totaling $8.6 million  to over 1,000 housing units and leveraged an additional $62 million in private investments to some of Stark county’s poorest communities.  In our 15 year history SCOPP has assisted an estimated 3,681 low-to-moderate income Stark County residents find housing that was safe, sanitary and affordable or has improved the asset value of their existing home.
